Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on mobile is more than a straight port

iOS and Android owner’s Metrovidania libraries are ready to be available in large numbers, thanks to Koji Igarashi’s Castlevania-inspired Bloodstain: Ritual of the Night Harbor. After a successful kickstarter campaign in 2015, the active platform released in 2019 for positive fans and critical acclaim for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. Now, Chinese developer Net Is Games (Diablo Mortal, Load of the Rings: Rise to War) is bringing Bloodstein to mobile platforms via iOS and Android.

It’s not just a port port, Netizens introduces a number of upgrades and enhancements to make mobile phone skeleton breaking fun as well.

The port includes “Operating screens suitable for mobile devices, redesigned System UI, Skill Shard Icons and a new Win System”. Skills pieces and weapon skills will be displayed on the screen with the new “Gothic style” icons, Netz says.
